Overview
The kitchen display (KDS) is a live expo board for food tickets.
Flow: New → Start (optional) → tap lines or Bump → Recall if needed.
KDS is on Growth and above. Use a dedicated kitchen tablet.
Simple rules
| Do this | What happens |

| Start | Ticket is cooking |
| Tap a line | That item is done |
| Pause on a line | Hold it; play to fire |
| Bump | Whole ticket done (all devices) |
| Done tab | Today's bumped tickets; Recall brings one back |
| All day tab | Item totals for today |
Age colours: green → amber → red. Oldest tickets first. Light/dark and sound toggles are in the toolbar.
Combine tabs
Combining clears the source from KDS and can print a void/merge slip. Tell the pass if paper already printed.
